Description of the assignment
The Mission of Vehicle Homologation & Compliance at the Company* is:
• To ensure knowledge of Product Compliance Requirements for all applicable markets
• To lead the organization in securing Vehicle Homologation and Product Compliance for
markets outside China
To collect relevant data from the organization and combine this data into information documents
to be sent to authorities to be able to receive system approval and Whole Vehicle Type Approvals
To keep relevant certificates for the vehicle updated in applicable markets
To secure and provide storage for data needed for markets that do not use WVTA approvals (i.e
US)
They are currently looking for a junior data analyst that can support in transforming their way of
handling data using new innovative tools to enhance our efficiency and improve control of data
usage.
The work includes the following tasks
• To support Homologation Lead Engineers to build up and structure our databases with
Homologation related data
• To set up proposals of automated population and/or control of data from databases into
authority applications needed for system approvals/WVTA.
To support our Homologation Lead engineers with other data structuring assignments
To find/develop tools that can improve the efficiency of keeping up to date with changes in
Vehicle Regulation world-wide
To analyse the business and propose new innovative ways of using new tools related to data
processing and AI.
To set up instructions and trainings to ensure that experts in the group can understand and use
the tools/databases etc in the correct way.
To support with coordinating timeplans between projects (in excel)
Be the spokes person towards our IT department and help in setting requirements on our IT tools.
Overall support in all relevant projects
Qualifications and skills required for the role:
• Solid experience of working with sharepointbased databases or other experience that gives
relevant competence.
• Experience in using AI tools to summarize large portions of text, sorting out changes etc.
• Ability to communicate and instruct in a clear way.
• Meticulous in their daily work
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
