Description of the assignment
To enable the corporation to be at the forefront we are starting an initiative to scale up and update our IT
landscape for EU expansion capabilities. The initiative will be driven through the Group’s IT with focus on setting
up capabilities for multiple EU companies to use The vision is to create an attractive and competitive IT
environment for creativity, speed and quality
The IT Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting different IT services/solutions to meet the
technology needs of the organization. This role involves an operational perspective on how technology can
support and enhance business operations. We expect that you have experience from other high-tech
innovation organizations and knowledge of several different technology areas.
• Define/detail/maintain IT services/product/solutions
o Many focused on technical aspect of IT equipment and installations
• Define IT HW equipment, profiles, verify, test, implement changes
• Coordinate and support initiatives for setup of new IT services and solutions, both temporary and
long term
• Operational support with running IT services
• Operational support with temporary processes and setups
• Manage relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and IT teams
• Manage documentation and knowledge
• Understands business directions/objectives and market conditions to assess IT services and
opportunities
Qualifications and skills required for the assignment
• Solid experience working in the field of IT services
• Good understanding of DevOps culture, Agile processes, and principles
• Good understanding of technical aspects in IT deliveries. E.g network, troubleshooting, operating
systems, MS suite, security
• Experience in hardware technologies
• Experience in the following MDM, Jamf, Microsoft intune
• Holistic view and capability to understand IT services in a business context
• Managing requirements and defining solutions meeting needs
• Ability to travel within Europe
