About the position
Our Client is looking for a skilled Method Engineer specialized in electrical/high voltage vehicles, to develop service & repair instructions used by Battery Center technicians globally.
The production content includes development methods and instructions for diagnosis, repair, refurbishing and end of line testing as well as charging of stand-alone PHEV and EV batteries in collaboration with the Battery Center technicians, R&D and Manufacturing Engineering. They also evaluate new production ideas, concepts, technology and commercial performance.
What you will do
- You will be responsible to create the repair methods for the High Voltage batteries
- You will align and manage your working time according to the project timeline
- You will be actively involved gathering information from other teams
- You will perform work, test the methods and procedures on High Voltage batteries
- You will be key role working with different people in different teams in order to meet the project deadline
You and your skills
To be successful in this role, you have earned a B.Sc. degree or equivalent and preferably technical knowledge both in general and vehicle specific with relevant qualifications.
It would be beneficial to have the experience working with projects, related to high voltage vehicles/batteries.
Have experience in using VIDA, TIE, VCATS, DSA, KDP, Team Center or similar systems is meritorious.
