• Experience within HR- and Professional Services suppliers as Recruitment, Consultant and
Work Packages
• Used to work in projects with high pace, high awareness, cooperative and solution oriented.
• Self going, Strategical, Tactical and Operational
Assignment Description:
The working tasks will consist of creating and send purchase orders within Indirect Purchasing
areas to Suppliers. This will include orders of several different Comodities but focus on Recruitment and Professional Services suppliers. Administration of various documents such as NDA and Contracts, Vendor relations, Archiving and documentation. Experience of working with Recruitment and Professional Services is mandatory and experience of SAP is an advantage. Order work will be done within basic environment and you will report to Head of Indirect Purchasing in Gothenburg and Head of “the client” in US. Placement will be in Gothenburg Sweden.
